    We are seeking an Associate Architect to support architectural/facility design projects for our property owner, developer, and contractor clients, with a specialization in the restoration of damaged existing structures.     Provides drafting and design support within the field of architecture/facility design related to upgrades, maintenance, and restoration of existing structures, as well as components of design related to new construction.


    • B.S. Architecture degree or higher required.
    • 0-3 years of experience as an architect in the design of building envelope systems for construction documents, construction administrative services, and/or project management of building construction.
    • Must have high level of analytical skills. Work requires continual attention to detail with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Hands on proficiency with AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling software is required.
    • Good report writing skills are also required.
    • Must be able to interact and communicate with clients at all levels (e.g. internal and external) and work independently with good judgment and critical thinking skills.
    • Occasional travel in and out of state on assignments is required (30-40%).
    • Physical ability to perform all of the following functions is required: Climb ladders, walk on roofs, and enter and work in confined spaces, if applicable. Work outdoors in hot or cold weather. Lift up to 50 pounds. Use necessary safety equipment.
    • Perform duties that may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, or squatting for prolonged periods of time.
